Seller warrants that the puppy can be registered unless the form is withheld as indicated in
section 1.
The buyer must take the puppy to a Licensed veterinarian within 48 hrs of the time of acquisition.
Any implied health warranty is void if the
buyer does not make the required vet visit within the prescribed time period. In the event that
your veterinarian finds that the puppy has
a "life threatening" untreatable illness a refund will be given, providing a letter from the examining
veterinarian is produced specifically stating that the puppy has a life threatening illness and is
not expected to survive, and the puppy is returned to the seller within the guarantee period.
(NOTE: Parvo is covered for 10 days.)
The seller warrants the dog against life threatening congenital defects for a period of one year.
The seller warrants that to the best of their knowledge this puppy is in good healthy condition.
The buyer understands that the seller has limited information and control regarding the future
temperament, habits, and appearance of
the dog, and hence does not warrant such. Size of the puppy as an adult can only be estimated
based on the size of both parents, but there
is no specific guarantee.
The seller will replace this dog if it dies due to any congenital defect provided the following
conditions are met.
1. Buyer must consult with seller within 24 hrs. Of any illness and follow the advice of the sellers
veterinarian.
2. Buyer must have an autopsy preformed by sellers veterinarian of choice within 24 hrs of
death.
3. Seller is not responsible for unauthorized medical expenses.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, BREEDER
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF WHATSOEVER KINDS,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND THE WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
I HAVE READ THESE CONDITIONS THROUGHLY AND CAREFULLY
AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH ALL THE CONDITIONS SET
WITHIN.
There are no verbal agreements.
Buyer and Breeder acknowledge that neither has made any representations or warranties of any
kind that are not specifically
written herein. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed
by both parties. This agreement
constitutes the full agreement of parties hereto.
