We are located in Franklin, Kentucky, just 30 minutes south of Bowling Green, Kentucky and 55 minutes north of Nashville, Tennessee. I have raised chihuahuas for 20 years in my teens and early adulthood. Some of my Chihuahuas have won ribbons in Obedience and Showmanship, and some Chihuahuas were even certified as Therapy Dogs for Nursing Homes and etc. . I have bred Golden Retrievers that are now in the Paws with a Purpose Program, where they are trained for Companions, Therapy Dogs, and/or Assistants to the Physically Challenged. After retiring from breeding for years I have decided to start breeding again, but this time with a different breed, Chinese Imperial Shih Tzus! My goal is to bring out the best in this breed and to produce a top quality puppy . I have taught myself the basic grooming techniques and have experience with many different breeds of dogs. Ours dogs are home raised and most live in our home with us. Even sleep in our bed! Puppies are whelped and live where our family gathers for the best socialization skills. They are weighed and played with daily. Our puppies never touch the ground outside, until you, the new owner put them there. Our adults and puppies are on a routine immunization and worming schedule. Some of our parents are double registered, and most purebred puppies will be CKC registered. A small non-refundable deposit will hold that special puppy until ready to go home.
